April 2, 2010 - Dyplast sends Customer Bulletin- 0410 which is another in the series of comparative Technical Bulletins aimed at providing our clients and friends with objective criteria by which to compare alternative products. This bulletin compares ISO-C1 with HiTherm's HT-300.

November 19, 2009 - One of Dyplast's Key Clients "Elite Aluminum" has earned the Energy Star® rating for its roof system! In October 2009 Elite announced its partnership with Energy Star when all thicknesses of the Elite Polar White Roof Panel qualified for the progrom. The panel had undergone a series of rigorous tests to prove that it met or exceeded energy efficiency guidelines established by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the US Department of Energy (DOE). Elite utilizes Dyplast's expanded polystyrene in its energy-efficient roof and wall panels.

April 30, 2009 - Dyplast and its partners have completed all shipments of its ISO-C1 polyisocyanurate insulation to the Elba Island LNG (Phase 3) faciltiy south of Savannah, GA. This is Dyplast's third LNG project supporting Chicago Bridge & Iron as prime contractor, this time for Elba Island Phase 3. Dyplast has been awarded at least half of all new LNG projects in the US over the last 4 years.

April 15, 2009 - Dyplast announces that third-party testing has confirmed that its ISO-C1 polyisocyanurate bunstock insulation has the best thermal resistance (6.7 initial and 5.7 aged R-factor) of any competitive insulation. K-factors at 2", 3", and 4" thickness proved industry-best at 0.1763, 0.1762, and 0.1756, respectively. [K-factors at lower temperatures are even better].

January 29, 2009 - ISO-C1/ 2.0 is verified as the only two pound density polyisocyanurate bunstock foam that has both UL Listings and FM Approvals for Class 1 flame spread and smoke development. UL and FM are two of the most respected testing agencies in the world, and a certification by either is challenging. Furthermore, to our knowledge, no other U.S. manufacturer is or certified with an independent lab to have passed Class 1 ASTM E84 standards. To maintain our certifications with the testing agencies, Dyplast Products is required to undergo on-site audits up to 4 times per year.

January 1, 2009 - Dyplast officially launches its new polyisocyanurate insulation, ISO-HT, capable of handling services temperatures up to 400F while delivering the superior insulating efficiencies.

December 1, 2008 - Dyplast Products, in concert with fabricators and installers, was awarded its third contract with Chicago Bridge & Iron (CBI) for its Elba Island Phase 3 LNG Project (Liquid Natural Gas).

August 15, 2008 - Dyplast has hired Michael Cartmell as Vice President of Technology. Mr. Cartmell will accelerate Dyplast's focus on utilization of polyiso and polystyrene rigid foams as superior insulation alternatives. Mr. Cartmell will lead all new product development projects, as well as manage quality control, production, and customer outreach.

January 1, 2008 - Dyplast celebrates its 50th year of continous operations under the Dyplast brand.

December 20, 2007 - Dyplast Products receives recognition as an "Energy Champion Plant" from the U.S. Department of Energy based on its impressive energy savings under the Save Energy Now initiative.

December 1, 2007 - Dyplast Products announced today that it has been selected to supply the polyisocyanurate (polyiso) insulation for the Cove Point liquid natural gas (LNG) expansion project. Located on the Chesapeake Bay in Cove Point, Maryland, south of Baltimore, it is one of the nation's largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) import facilities.

August 15, 2007 - Michael Cartmell has been engaged as Dyplast's Technical Consultant, to assist other Dyplast staff in advanced formulations of existing products as well as new products. Mr. Cartmell brings to Dyplast more than 25 years of experience the poylurethane and polyisocyanurate industries.

March 10, 2006 - Mr. Ted Berglund, CEO of Dyplast Products was selected as a Member of the State Energy Advisory Board (STEAB) to develop recommendations for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the Congress regarding initiation, design, implementation, and evaluation of federal energy efficiency and renewable energy programs. In doing so, STEAB serves to integrate and provide consistency between federal, state and local activities. STEAB subscribes to the concept of sustainable energy development, by which the nation seeks to meet current energy, economic, and environmental needs while preserving the means to meet the needs of future generations. Federal and state investments in deploying developed energy efficient technologies have helped to free American capital for more productive uses. Further, the ongoing manufacture of new efficient and renewable technologies has led to the capture of additional markets worldwide and created more high-quality jobs here at home.

December 15, 2005 - Dyplast achieves Factory Mutual (FM) approval on its ISO-C1 polyisocyanurate closed cell insulation.

November 30, 2005 - Dyplast Products, LLC today announced that its ISO-C1 polyiso foam insulation achieved aged K-factors of 0.18.
