ISO-C1 Polyisocyanurate Insulation
Dyplast's ISO-C1 polyisocyanurate rigid foam insulation line of products includes ISO-C1/2.0 (2 lb/ft3 density), tested by Underwriters Laboratories and Factory Mutual to meet demanding Class 1 flame spread and smoke development requirements per ASTM E84. Our ISO production line using hydrocarbon blowing agents produces polyiso bunstock with superior physical characteristics, high R-factor of 5.7, and zero ozone depletion potential (zero-ODP), making it a cost-effective and environmentally friendly choice. Suitable for service temperatures between -297°F and +300°F, ISO-C1 is well suited to a wide range of applications as follow. ISO-C1 is available in 2, 2.5, 3, 4 , 6, and 10 lb/ft3 densities.

ISO-C1 with Class 1 ratings ia ready for shipment and can be ordered in varied densities and variable sizing which can result in reduced waste when cutting to particular dimensions - - thus resulting in cost savings.
