ISO-C1 Polyisocyanurate Insulation
ISO-C1 is Dyplast Products’ alternative line of polyisocyanurate rigid foam insulation, tested by Underwriters Laboratories and Factory Mutual, meets demanding Class 1 flame spread and smoke development requirements per ASTM E84. Our ISO production line using hydrocarbon blowing agents produces polyiso bunstock with superior physical characteristics, high R-factor, and zero ozone depletion potential (zero-ODP), making it a cost-effective and environmentally friendly choice. Suitable for service temperatures between -297°F and +300°F, ISO-C1 is well suited to a wide range of applications such:
- Insulated panel
- commercial refrigeration insulation/freezer insulation
- refrigerated transportation containers
- refrigerated railcars
- duct insulation
- Fabricated foam shape
for low to medium temperature mechanical insulation

ISO-C1 is available in 2, 2.5, 3, 4 , and 6 lb/ft3 densities.
With the highest R-value to thickness ratio of any commercially available insulation, no other insulation compares. ISO-C1 is highly moisture resistant, strong, durable, and lightweight. It handles, works, and installs easily.
ISO-C1 with Class 1 ratings ia ready for shipment and can be ordered in varied densities and variable sizing which can result in reduced waste when cutting to particular dimensions - - thus resulting in cost savings.
